Bix.com, an online competition site launched in August, has partnered with The Game to hold competitions to help the West Coast emcee find a guest rapper for his next mixtape and eye candy for his next video. Bix.com will hold “Freestyle Battle” for aspiring emcees and “Video Girl” for aspiring dancers. right For “Freestyle Battle,” contestants are asked to submit a video of themselves spitting 16-bar verses. And for “Video Girl,” ladies are asked to perform an original dance to one of five “booty shake” beats. Contestants can enter for free, and the top five will be chosen by Bix.com users. From those groups of five, The Game will choose the contests’ winners by January 8, 2007. The Game decided to use Bix.com to cast a wide net for untapped talent. "At casting calls, you know you're not seeing all of the talent that's really out there," The Game says. "These contests on Bix open it up to anyone looking to show off their skills and a chance to make it on my video or mix tape. I can't wait to see what people can do." Bix.com bills itself as the first site for online competitions. Launched two months ago, the site has 500,000 unique visitors a month. No information on The Game’s next mixtape has been made available. His sophomore album, The Doctor’s Advocate, hits stores November 14.
