Fans eagerly anticipating T.I.’s sixth studio LP Paper Trail will have to deal with another bump in the road. The album is now being pushed back from its September 9 release date to September 30, the rapper’s publicist told Billboard.com.
"We're not ready yet," the publicist said, adding that the video for the first official single, "Whatever You Like," was still being shot. The video is supposed to drop in two weeks.
"There was a great demand for the product," T.I. told Billboard.com two months ago about moving the release date up to August. "Once we put out 'No Matter What,' we got so much positive response that we moved up the date."
The Danja Handz-produced single "No Matter What" debuted in late April on T.I.’s website, Streetcred.com, and has since reached No. 42 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs tally.
