Last night on New York City's Hot97, DJ Kay Slay played a song entitled, "He Asked For It" by Uncle Murda featuring Jay-Z.
Listen to the song here
At first, many thought elements of Jay-Z's verse were taking aim at Fat Joe and DJ Khaled. But after a source close to the making of the track cleared up the song's origins to Miss Info of Hot97 on her blog Missinfo.tv, and the track's producer, Just Blaze also debunked the rumors on his own blog, Themegatrondon2.com, rumors of a diss simmered.
But when Fat Joe was asked to to respond to the alleged beef, he not only took the high road, he also made sure this issue would not detract from a much larger agenda. "I have no beef whatsoever with Jay-Z," Joe told Miss Info. "In fact, we share a common goal...getting Barack Obama elected on November 4."

I think that was big of Joe... we really need to stop all the useless beef, we have better things to do than to waste it on trying to kill each other
